The Cowboys have re-signed restricted free-agent Cole Beasley after the diminutive receiver emerged as a threat in the slot last season for Tony Romo.

Beasley signed a four-year contract Wednesday reportedly worth about $14 million, with $7 million guaranteed. The 5-foot-8 former SMU player had career highs with 420 yards and four touchdowns in his third season in 2014.
