Bill Musgrave

Musgrave will be entering his 17th season as an NFL coach, and his second stint with the Raiders. Musgrave and Raiders Head Coach Jack Del Rio will also be working together for the second time in their NFL careers, as Musgrave served on Del Rio’s staff from 2003-04.

NFL: Greg Hardy can sign a contract while on Exempt List

While Hardy might be allowed to sign a contract, his status remains in limbo. The NFL must decide if it will levy any punishment on Hardy after domestic violence charges against him, stemming from a 2014 summer conviction, were dismissed last month after North Carolina prosecutors said the accuser in the case couldn't be found.
Hardy met with the NFL on Wednesday to make his case for immediate reinstatement, NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport reported. Any decision on that status has yet to be announced.
Hardy's uncertain standing will likely impact any team's desire to sign the former Pro Bowl pass rusher. The 26-year-old isn't eligible to play until he's off the Exempt List, and he could face a suspension. The length of any suspension or punishment would be important to teams debating on signing Hardy.
Those ramifications will be added to the trepidation franchises will likely encounter when deciding whether to sign a player accused of domestic violence.
While Hardy is allowed to sign a contract on Tuesday, it's unlikely a team would take a chance until other questions are answers.

Meanwhile, Mike Hartline, brother of WR Brian Hartline, left the business side of the Dolphins for Ohio State.

James Walker- DL Vince Wilfork would be a good fallback option for the Dolphins if they’re unable to sign DT Ndamukong Suh in the coming days.

Pats are only interested in getting info from him. He'd be cut mid season if he signed with them. He doesn't fit their metrics at WR. Hope he signs though...we only need to get someone near him and he'll fall after the catch...that's a lot easier than trying to tackle Edelman who's like a greased pig on the field.

Brian Hartline mulling chances with Cleveland Browns, New England Patriots, Houston Texans and Chicago Bears http://dlvr.it/8rTsH8

He might even make up his mind by later today, a source said. At this point, he's looking not only for the most playing time, but also the most lucrative deal. The Dolphins released him last week rather than pay him $5.95 million in 2015.

Hartline's decision will be based, in part, on the salary versus the quarterback he'll be playing with. The Browns will most likely start 12-year veteran Josh McCown this season, and the Texans might start Ryan Mallett. The Bears have Pro Bowler Jay Cutler, although they haven't committed to him in 2015, and the Patriots obviously have a future Hall of Famer in Tom Brady.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter said during an interview with Mad Dog Sports Radio that the Jets will attempt to pay CB Darrelle Revis “anything he wants.“
According to Schefter, Revis will likely end up deciding between the Patriots and Jets.
