Hartline won't know the terminology we use this upcoming year or the play calls but he knows the formations, which plays are run from those formations, route combinations, etc.
 
Also I figure he would know a lot of the schemes and types of things we do on defense. Apparently Billy boy has know that for years though lol

There's a year of tape for bill to look at, he doesn't need Hartline to figure it out.

All of that will be different next year anyway.
