And that is this deal cannot happen until march 3 or something. This could be to make other teams recognize that we are serious about getting a QB and set our limit to what we will give up. notice that trades and deals are being done early this year? a new trend is underway in the NFL people.

I dont think we can make this whole thing official yet and it could be to push the market in our direction as to QB's wanting to come here.
