Dolphins | Would They Go After Turley? - posted at KFFL (http://nfl.kffl.com)
8:43 PT: Jason Cole reports for the Miami Herald the Miami Dolphins may still be interested in a trade for New Orleans Saints LT Kyle Turley. Turley may be available for a second-round draft pick. Dolphins SVP Rick Spielman said "we haven't even discussed" the possibility of trading for Turley, but Spielman didn't rule out the idea.

Patriots | Interested In Gadsden, But - posted at KFFL (http://nfl.kffl.com)
8:49 PT: The Boston Globe reports the New England Patriots have interest in free agent WR Oronde Gadsden (Dolphins), but they will have to check out his arthritic toes before committing to him.

i'd be fine with a trade for 2nd round pick for turley instead of gandy. i'd prefer gandy but i can live with turley. the problem with turley is he's entering into his final year in his contract and wants to be paid among the elite tackles and i'm not sure he's worth it, or we could provide that cash.

Won't happen. Turley ain't good enough for a #2 (as a LT). Especially since he's in the final year of his contract. Doesn't make sense to give up a #2 for a converted RT who will leave in a year.

Miami supposedly contacted Charlie Rogers, Bills' KR. I'll post link when I hear more.

Yeah, Turley wants to be paid like the All-Pro RT that he is. He can't help it if we want him to play at a position he's not as good at.

You don't pay a #2 for a guy that will leave in a year.

Unless you only have one year left to prove yourself.
