“We’re going to do our best from a schematic standpoint to put our players in the best position possible,” Philbin said. “If that means we have one individual we think matches up particularly well against a defender that we think we can isolate frequently in a ball game, we’ll do that. We’ll keep feeding him the ball.” When Philbin addresses his team for the first time he said he wants to emphasize that NFL life can be cut-throat, but also that there will also be an expectation that the players represent the team with class.“The great responsibility that goes along with being a member of the Miami Dolphins,” Philbin said. “The obligation they have both on the field, inside the building, outside of the building, is to conduct themselves in a manner that would make our fans and their families proud they are associated with the ball club.”http://thefinsiders.com/blog/2012/philbin-talks-offseason-strategy

I hope he isnt all coachspeak like this quote is. The second sentence is a little better.

hehe! on this one, Philbin sounds a little captain obviousish....

Seems like a response any coach would give, this isn't a knock on Philbin because...hell...what else is he suppose to say. IF you ask someone what it takes to get to the superbowl the answer will always be "Win"

That second half explains more so why they wanted to trade Marshall away.

If you guys haven't seen his video here it is http://thefinsiders.com/video

Click on part 2 on the right and pay close attention to what he plans to do with Reggie Bush. He starts talking about it at about the 2:40 mark...it's pretty exciting. We haven't really used screen passes here during Sparano's tenure but that's about to change.
