Manziel is far closer to Favre than Vick.

Favre threw the football. Manziel is a runner playing quarterback not a quarterback who can run. Far too many times he gives up on progressions and leaves far too many throws on the field, unlike Russell Wilson.

    Carlos Hyde - Ricky Williams
    Tre Mason - Ray Rice
    Johnny Manziel - Fran Tarkenton
    Brandin Cooks - Steve Smith
Odell Beckham Jr - Chris Chambers

Manziel threw for over 4100 yards and 37 TDs last season, dude can throw the ball. I'd go with Tarkenton in terms of a comparison.

Hell of a list and it doesn't make the decision any easier. Tough decision between Vernon Davis, Navarro Bowman, Brandon Marshall and Aqib Talib for me.

I will take Vernon Davis if that's all true

Or the next Antonio Bryant how ironic would it be to draft the next Bryant and have him eventually run Wallace out of town
