21. Ryan Tannehill QB / Miami Dolphins

He's averaged 25 touchdown passes the past three seasons, yet most would say he's underachieved. It will be interesting to see what he can do in Adam Gase's offense, which is much more in line with his skill set.

Hopefully Ryan has a better year then last year with a new coaching staff, a better O line.

That's a bit low considering PFF ranked him at #19 and above the likes of Eli, Luck and Flacco. However, after last season, that range is understandable. Had they ranked him that low coming off the '14 season where PFF had him at 11, this ranking would be really unrealistic.

He will be easily in the 7-13 range by the end of the season. I would put that range as good NFL starting qb which is all you need to win in this league.

You could throw a blanket around the QBs between 14 and 21. He does seem to get more of the blame than many other QBs.

I would rank him slightly higher. Maybe 18 or so. Until Tanne proves otherwise he is a bottom half QB though. Hopefully this year with an "on paper" better oline he will turn some heads
