according to some studies real madrid is on 544million euros of debt, but they say Perez has kind of hidden this debt in between the numbers.

I love to hear that Real Madrid is in debt, I hope it grows and they go bankrupt. This is great news. :up:

Also, it is hard to sell a stadium. First of all, you can't really do anything with it. Secondly, no one is going to spend a lot of money on a stadium. You can't live there, all you can do is have a few soccer matches and a bunch of concerts there. Also, 544 million euros is a lot of money, you won't get that much for Real Madrid's stadium. You can't even get that much for the Nou Camp which is a lot bigger.
