Welcome to Miami Daunte!!
I think that Ricky Watters is an above average RB, but he's starting to get up there in age and I don't believe personally, that he's worth the money which he's demanding currently.

18:25 PT: ESPN's John Clayton reports free agent RB Ricky Watters (Seahawks) would like to keep playing -- but it'll only come at his price, which appears to be a multi-million dollar deal. Watters has told teams that he'll retire from the league if he doesn't receive the right contract. His agent, Ralph Cindrich, said Watters has not filed his retirement papers. At least six teams, including Tampa Bay and Cleveland, have shown an interest in him thus far, but getting Watters to visit has been difficult because he hasn't wanted to fly since the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks on the United States.
