born in Balto. became a Dolphin fan as a child as my father & I watched the Colts sneak out of town heading for indianolpolis. we followed Shula south & they've been the family team ever since
served in the 68-69 TET-Offensive with the Americal Division( Co A 123rd Helicopter Assault Ranger Unit)
lived in Rio de Janeiro for about 10 years, hence the handles RioBalto & Rio (LatinAmerican Specialist w/Govt & taught at Federal University)
taught school & coached in Broward county 15 years, where I was a season ticket holder many years
have a number of publications, academic, fiction & non-fiction
live presently in SpringHill Fl. w/wife & 2 children
retired at 50 & continue to write & chase after my four year old
am very pleased to be a member of this forum. it is a pleasure to see what others are bringing to the table.
have posted on a number of Dolphin sites under Rio, riobalto, 123 & Eye of the Tiger
looking forward to the most action packed , exciting year since the perfect season
