hey -

i have to say that i would be elated as hell if KONRAD finally gets more playing time. ive long said that we underused KONRAD last season in moments when he would have been allowed to shine. hes our diamond in the rough. i think i saw him drop one ball all season... and not to mention he always gained at least 20 yards anytime he got the ball.

the dolphins really could use him inventively if they put their minds to it. that being said, i look forward to seeing him get more playing time this season.

Whenever i see Konrad I have visions of him at Syracuse terrorizing the Hurricanes Mike Alstott-style....I hope konrad can make that impact....

Wanny was quoted as saying he needed to figure a way to get Konrad more involved. Gee how hard is that to do? This from our leader.

I would very much like to see Konrad get 8-12 touches per game. 6-8 runs and 3-5 passes. I think the balance that Wannstadt pays such lip service to could be acheived if Konrad ended the year with 100 rushes and 50 passes. If he averaged 4 yards a run and 8 yards a catch that would be 800 yards from your fullback, a good start on the balance issue.

On a personal note, this is my 2nd anniversary posting on this board. I've enjoyed it greatly!

I agree wholeheartedly, and wrote a post on Monday saying that the one-two punch combination of Minor and Konrad could be unstoppable!! And as TerryTate said he is our "Mike Alstott"... This guy tore it up with the Orangemen! A huge power runner who's time has come!!

Any one remember him as a rookie? I'm still waiting for him to build on that season. It's not his fault though because he can't control how many opertunities he has. He is a great team player for not complaining about it.

This a GREAT oppourtunity to start using Konrad. I have been saying this for years, hopefully this is the year he get used the way he should be. He COULD be like Alstott, if Wanny let him.

I'm all for Konrad if he can get past his snow cone.
