Rolando McClain anyone?

He's mediocre on the field and a nightmare off the field!!! No thanks. He wouldn't last a month in Miami without shooting someone.

Oh, whoops. Typo. I meant to say he was a "game-changer", not "gang-banger". We all know how allergic this front office is to game changers, so pass. My bad, weird how words get mixed up like that.
 
I'd say take a whiff and if he still seems undedicated then move on.



He is only 23 years old though.

No thanks. He's one more screw-up away from being suspended for a long period of time , jailed or killed.
 
Hell no. Wasn't he arrested just 2 months ago? When you're on your way towards being released by the Raiders of all teams, you've got some serious problems.
