Probably Dansby. He is anonymous because he already got yelled at for publicly complaining.
It's got to be Dansby. He already called out Philbin's decision to cut Johnson; I doubt he's afraid to do it again.
Maybe it was Smith..They were good friends,
I'm going with Sean Smith. He has been equally unhappy with some moves we've made this year, and this seems like one that would get him extra riled up.
Dansby will obviously be the first guy that any Miami media guy goes for a quote after something like this. It is low hanging fruit. Just too easy.
Dansby is digging his own grave in Miami.
If it was dansby, he should be on the next train. Get on board or get out... We could get another second for his ***
juicy hard knocks continues....
who knows anymore, we have holes all over the field
Pretty sure its Dansby...
Dansby or Smith probably..
Who cares... at this point as long as they don't publicly embarrass themselves just let them play.
too bad their play is also embarrassing
These vets need to stfu! Don't they know they should be lucky to be on a 4 win team with nifty signs in their training center?
This only reaffirms my opinion that this is the most unlikeable group of players that have ever been on the Dolphins. Dansby, Vontae, Smith, Marshall, Fasano = annoying *** headaches. Philbin's message is clear: You're with me or against me.
What the hell? Fasano?
Stephen ross. Doesnt want to hurt irelands feelings so he decided to make himself annonymous.
reshad jones maybe..its gotta be dansby ..it started when crowder got cut!
I say Omar's embellishing his own story
When the he** did Omar ever break this kind of story...N...E...V...E...R
Who ever it is, they are right!
Smith...he and Omar are buddies.
They will lose the locker room if dansby gets traded.
ireland hopefully can make a trade for a wr before friday to at least send a purpose of trading vontae.

Dansby doesnt really strike me as a person the d would rally around especially when he was overweight last year
Obviously it's Brandon Fields.
If we couldn't get higher than a 2nd for Vontae, you think this great FO is going to get anything better than a 4th for Dansby? onder:
This just in.......Fire sale in Miami. Ireland and philbum decide everyone is tradable for proper compensation. Philbum really covets guys who stay late after practice to pick up paper balls off the field and keep the place clean.
Or maybe its one of the QBs...? Liked roasting him during practices...
Ummm... he's kind of the leader of the defense..
What has vontea done to warrant a first rounder? Get burnt deep? Come to camp out of shape? We got 3seasons of play and a likely high 2nd round pick only 7to fifteen spots behind the position we drafted him.... Plus we got a conditional 6th so we did get more then a 2nd.
I don't see him as a leader. He is just that veteran LB that every team has that can't keep his mouth shut when he needs to.
Who cares? It's probably what the whole locker room is thinking.
Anyway, the important part of that article is that the Dolphins apparently spent the entire weekend going over possible trades for wide receivers. At least that indicates they recognize there's an issue are at least theoretically going to do something about it. Hopefully if we bring in a veteran that means Naanee will get sent on his merry useless way, but that's probably wishful thinking at this point with these clowns running the show.
The point is the TEAM sees him as a leader. If you've ever been on a team of any sort, it doesn't matter what the outside world says, leaders are needed and the teams that don't have leaders are weaker.
Oh argument over you win with that last point there :rolleyes2:
Dude is only 24yrs old and could've turned it around. People forget about Soliai's issues so quick. Look what he went through to get where he is now. If we gave Vontae a chance to mature who knows what he could've done in the next few years.. Again he was only 24. That's really young....
Depends what kind of leaders they have...
Any player from last years team who wants to complain has to take a loom in the mirror. After 4 losing seasons they all need a reality check. Who cares who displeased. Shut up and do your job.
Are we really arguing if Dansby is the leader of this defense??
Am I the only one that seen Dansby as 1 of 3 leaders of the whole team in the little pow wow with Philbin about Chad?
Or how about last year when he was one of the captains?
Okay he is young great point, not. He's young and lazy, you can't coach work ethic. Overweight to camp two years in a row, missed a lot of playing time last year cause he was injured with hamstring issues from being out of shape. Potential won't flourish without work ethic which he lacked. The coaches saw that and got great value for an under achiever.
The players seem to look at him as a leader. Didn't they vote him captian and also gave him the leadership award for last year.
