While some may argue that yesterdays win was meaningless. But IMO it was not.
This season is about establishing a winning attitute with young players.

We have been horrible at home since the 2008 season when Pennington was our QB and we went 5-3
Since then losing at home has become common place. And some games have not even been competitive.

But this season that has changed. Tannehill has established a winning attitude at home and can post a 5-3 home record with a win against Buffalo.
Some may say no big deal. But it is a big deal. RT17 is showing that if you come to Miami you are in for a game.

It may be baby steps but it is improvement from a young qb and young team.

It is a big deal. 1) it is a division rival and you need to beat division rivals no matter the situation 2) It is at home if you want to fill the stadium you had better win at home 3) a win is a win.

Tannehill needs another 2 games like Sunday to finish off the season on a strong note and shut the door on the critics. Win lose or draw he needs another strong outing this week and next. The record will be the record but playing a good football is above the record right now for Tannehill.
