We have a hell of a coach. The right man for the job. Closest thing to Shula you could find in terms of smarts, integrity, leadership and character. Just look at the character of our team going back 10 games. We are a tough, resilient bunch that is going to fight you every play. The players will go to war for that guy. That's why this win against the Chargers was so important. Despite ALL of the obstacles - despite Hurricanes, displacement, key players going AWOL, sustaining injuries to key players (Starting QB being most important), Gase and his team finds a way. No excuses. We're not going to win every game, but as long as we have Coach Gase at the helm, we're going to be ok. I didn't realize it at the time, but hiring Adam Gase was the best move this franchise has made since drafting number 13.
