Being behind to the Patriots and Jest really puts us in a must win so early on as these teams will be looking to ink one of two wildcard births. A loss to either team puts us in a position to have to beat them with a better win/loss record. These games are going to be super tough! Also, the following games where initially we were mentally thinking gimme games are also tougher than they first appeared. Chicago and the resurging Raiders. Lord help us and elevate us to the next level, because that is what this team needs to do to win many of these games and get in the play-offs!

I tend to agree. With the way things look now, the 2 Wildcard spots in the AFC will between the Jets/Patriots from our division and Steelers/Ravens. It would be nice to have a victory vs. at least one.

not only statistically but psychology they need to beat an afc playoff caliber team. take out the ravens to stay above .500 and then you have to beat the titans with the moss you didn't want, at home. otherwise you can't delude yourself about mediocrity.

Since Week 1, I've always been hearing how EVERY game is a must win.

With the Pats and the Jets with gimmies this week and the Bills have every right to think they'll knock off the Bears we really need to win this week or risk going a game behind everybody in the division. That would really put us in a hole.

I really hope the whole Randy Moss debacle didn't affect the players as much as it did some fans. I doubt it did because this is what Tony Sparano is really good at. Keeping the team motivated and focused on one thing. I think this team buckles down with a strong playoff push starting tomorrow.
