I would post this in this thread http://www.finheaven.com/boardvb2/showthread.php?t=70845&page=3
but it would be off topic, so i'm posting it here.
some people think that Favre is one of the top 5 QB's....here's my top 15 QB's that I would rather have playing for me than him......

1. Peyton Manning
2. Tom Brady
3. Michael Vick
4. Daunte Culpepper
5. Donnovan McNabb
6. Marc Bulger
7. Chad Pennington
8. Ben Roethlisberger
9. Steve McNair
10. Trent Green
11. Matt Hasselbeck
12.Drew Brees
13. Aaron Brooks
14. Jake Delhomme
15. 3 way tie...Harrington...Leftwhich....Plummer

Now who is Brett Favre currently better than?

with pleasure oh yee of little faith.

1. Manning, i think he tends to choke under pressure but cant argue with last season...
2. Brady, he wins games, cant say much to that either
3. Culpepper, Moss had alot to do with his success, but he's still a good QB
4. Vick, the most raw talent out of all the QB's, just needs to harness it
5. McNabb, TO helped in out in the same way as Culpepper, but he still chokes under pressure.
6. Favre, a long time veteran that never has a bad year, cannon for an arm, and makes very few mistakes (although everyone here likes to crucify him for any he does make)
7. Hasselback, if he had receivers that could catch the ball he might make top five...
8. Bulger, decent QB + great WR's = success
9. Roethlisberger, could be the next montana
10. Pennington, when healthy he is good
11. Plummer, with every RB getting 1000 yds no wonder he does ok
12. Palmer, getting better with experience
13. Carr, plays sound football most of the year, but fades off towards the end... also very young though, so he has alot of upside as well
14. Green, same argument as plummer, only without the foot speed
15. Delhomme, not as bad as everyone thinks, but we'll see how he does without muhammad next year
16. Brees, hard to judge him, he played great last year, and will definitely move up the list if he proves he's not a "one hit wonder"
17. McNair, probably should retire, hes having alot of injury problems
18. Leftwich, same argument as carr and palmer
19. Griese, needs to have two solid years in a row to move up
20. Boller, get the man some receivers besides Heap
21. Brooks, plays average most of the time but he tends to fumble alot which doesnt help when he throws an INT for every TD he throws
22. Ramsey, alot of talent with no WR's
23. Feeley, shows flashes of decency, but lets face it, he needs to show up big next year
24-30. Bledsoe, Garcia, Eli Manning, Grossman, Harrington, Rattay, Warner, Losman, Collins

Heres my top 15

1. Tom Brady [3 of last 4 superbowls best winning %]
2. Peyton Manning [Dan Marino of our era]
3. Brett Favre [Consistantly throws 4000+ yd seasons and 30+ TD seasons]
4. Donovan Mcnabb [Finally broke out of the shell this year]
5. Daunte Culpepper [Throws lots of tds but fumbles alot]
6. Drew Brees [I think he is the most accurate qb in the league]
7. Trent Green [Very Good QB all around the board]
8. Jake Delhomme [proved he wasnt a one year wonder last year]
9. Chad Pennington [one of the most accurate qbs in the league]
10. Ben Roethlisberger [only played one year]
11. Marc Bulger [Has put up numbers but also has amazing wrs]
12. Matt Hasselbeck [Accurate qb, but doesnt win many games]
13. David Carr [3rd season was very good for him, but the 4th will be the breakout year]
14. Michael Vick [awesome runningback too bad hes a qb]
15. Byron Leftwich [2nd Toughest qb in the nfl, Hasnt thrown over 20 tds yet]

My man, did you actually mean to type McNair at 3? Did you go to Alcorn?

No but McNair is THAT GOOD...

That's off of how good he was before his injury filled year this year. He might not be the same.

Bledsoe over Eli Manning? :(

the list wasnt exactly in order. once i got to that point, they all blurred together. losman and eli can definitely move up easily, but they need to play solid ball. so far what i have seen from eli was nothing great, but i still put him before bledsoe and probably garcia

heres my top 15

Best list so far plummer is a little high for my liking though

there is no way you can rank kyle boller, patrick ramsey, brian griese, rex grossman and AJ feely above Harrington

yeah its hard to really know what kind of QB he is going to be.... he'll play great and then turn around and play like crap the next game, very little consistency. i put him that high mostly because of the success he gets through the system

1. Manning (IND) - I shouldn't have any arguments here
2. Brady (NE) - When it matters most, he comes through
3. Favre (GB) - Has slumped the past couple seasons, but still can play at a high level
4. Culpepper (MIN) - Let's see what he does without Moss
5. Hasselbeck (SEA) - Could lead the league in passing if his receivers could catch the ball
6. Green (KC) - If he hadn't got injured in St. Louis, we would have never heard of Kurt Warner
7. McNabb (PHI) - It's obvious T.O. was a big help this year
8. Pennington (JETS) - Would be higher if he could cut out the injuries
9. Vick (ATL) - This is basically based on his running ability
10. Bledsoe (DAL) - Is still one of the Top 10 in the league
11. Palmer (CIN) - This guy is going to be a stud
12. Brees (SD) - Can he do it 2 years in a row???
13. Leftwich (JAC) - Very Tough, Wins games, but no big time stats
14. Bulger (STL) - Is he a product of the system??
15. Warner (ARZ) - Really got shafted with the Giants!!!

I'd put Bledsoe dead last. Honestly, who is worse?
