I was just reading some news around the NFL.

Colts: Running back Edgerrin James did not practice because of a bad back, and could miss Sunday's game at New Orleans.

Broncos: Running back Clinton Portis did not practice, and it's uncertain if he can play Sunday vs. Detroit.

Bills: Running back Travis Henry intends to play despite bruised ribs sustained Sunday vs. the Dolphins.

Rams: Running back Marshall Faulk had surgery to repair torn cartilage in his right knee. He is expected to miss four to six weeks.

Just to name a few. Damn glad that after a 42 carry game Ricky is still as strong and healthy as an ox. Lesser backs fall apart as the season goes on Ricky only gets better.

Very true.

Let's just  he stays healthy for the whole season, or at worst relatively healthy. Hope he can only sustain some knicks and bruises. Isn't he playing on a somewhat aggrivated ankle?

The only sign of pain was a cast/brace on his sprained left thumb, but that injury is a couple of weeks old.
