For all those who are wondering:

Our 12th is worth 1,200 points
42nd: 480 pts
54th: 360 pts
77th: 205 pts
82nd: 180 pts

Trading down with a team in the 18-21st range would equal out to that pick plus a 2nd rounder 47th-51st

Trading both of our 2nd round picks equals out to 840 (in between the 20th and 21st pick owned by CHI and CIN)

Trading both of our 3rd round picks equals 385 (in between 51st and 52nd pick owned by WASH and MINN)

42nd + 77th= 685 pts (equal to the 27th overall pick owned by HOUSTON)

54th+82nd= 540 pts (equal to the 36th overall pick owned by DETROIT)

Chicago owns 5 draft picks (1,2,4,5,6)
Cincinnati owns 8 picks (1,2,2,3,4,5,6,6)
Detroit owns 6 (1,2,3,5,6,7)
Houston owns 7 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7)
Minnesota owns 10 (1,1,2,3,4,4,5,6,7,7,7)
Washington owns 7 (2,3,4,5,5,6,7)....Anyone interested in trading our 1st for their 2nd & 3rd (this year), and 1st next year?

So, if possible. What trade do you make?

Sorry if this post used a chart that is dated

Given the fact that the draft is weak with approximately 18-22 legitimate first rounders, I would be looking to trade down. The 2nd and 3rd rounds are where the values are to be found. However, I don't know I would make any of these trades. With next year being viewed as a much stronger draft, I think teams would be reluctant to pay the price of next years #1.

Instead I would look to teams that picking late like Atlanta and San Francisco as they both believe they are close and a top 12 pick might put them over the top. We could take Atlanta's 1st and 2nd this year and 2nd next year or 1st, 2nd and 3rd this year plus 3rd and 4th next year. Then trade the late 1 this year for a 2 this year and a 3 next year.

We could do the same with San Francisco. Trade for their 1 and the 2 they got from KC. They would still owe us a 4 this year or maybe we could wait for a 3 next year. Or we could take their 1 and their 2 this year ad their 2 next year. Then trade the 1 from this year for a 2 this year and a 3 next year.

I would be fine with having no 1st and four 2nds in this draft. Especially if we enhanced our ability to manipulate next years draft. Our club still has enough holes that we would be drafting starters.
