I know a lot of people have been talking about these 2. Apparently there are some reports that the knee that McNeil injured in 2001 could be arthritic which has turned teams off. Everage's overall package - when you consider the off field problems coupled with the fact that he hasn't been active for months and has still not recovered from rotator cuff surgery on a shoulder in January means that they both remain unsigned.
