Sounds like my loss in not knowing Bigbry personally. Enjoyed his posts. God Bless...
RIP, my prayers go out to his family and all who knew him.
BTW, Bry's profile may have a 2002 join date, but I spoke to WharfRat last night; he, Graham, and Bry were originals back to the days around '94, when finheaven was just AJ's BB page. 20+ years.
Another two old-timers you might have a kind thought for are WharfRat and Doc Astrozoom, who are both struggling mightily with their health. It's not my place to speak for them as to details, but you might keep them both in your hearts for a while.
What? NO... NO... NO.
Bry was one of my oldest Dolphin friends. We loved giving each other a hard time but we're always there for an encouraging word when needed. We had a great rivalry when it came to picking games vs the spread and enjoyed many conversations over the years. For a while on Dolfantalk him, FinFreakInClearH2O and I were a three headed monster.
He was a great egg and I can't believe I am typing this message. He was the only chimney sweep I have ever known and might ever know. I think that is pretty cool.
I'm not a regular poster these days, but I used to love reading his smack talk posts in the depths years ago. What a legend. Rest in peace big man.
Wharf too? Used to talk to that guy in the shoutbox back when that was a thing. Get well soon!
We used to post on the old Dolphin Digest board back in the 90's and then over to Dolfantalk.net and then here. We would just smack talk the hell out of each other and nothing was off limits. There was one day he called me and asked how everything was going. I told him his mom would let him know when she got home. I received about 10 phone calls in return that were nothing but rants. 100% rants. I couldn't stop LOL.
Rip never knew him but sure he will be watching the dolphins from the clouds above heart goes out to his wife and family
I remember Doc Astrozoom from my very early days here. Hope all goes well for him and Wharf.
I didn't know the history of all those guys, I do know I had a lot of respect for wharfrat, and drzoom , I'm saddened to hear about their health. Here's hoping for the best.
I wish Jon and Doc nothing but the best. They were always class acts.
Dude was as generous as it could get. When I had MiamiDolphinsChatZone.com he helped foot the bill to keep the site afloat with rising costs. People were donating a couple of bucks here or there to help out and then I get a check from him, no questions asked, for 3/4ths what was needed. Dude just had a big heart and an even bigger personality.
Not sure though if my wife and his knew just how often they were the button, literally speaking, of our jokes and barbs.
There will only be one "Dances with Roofs".
Wow!!! I am absolutely shocked to hear this, my condolences to his family. Really sorry to hear this news. RIP
Didn't get a chance to ever really converse with you brother, but I know you'll be rooting this team on from the pearly gates my friend. Rest in Peace.
I remember him from back then too. Very sorry to hear about bigbry. I didn't interact with him that much if at all but it's always chilling to see people pass on and their legacies are left behind. Life isn't fair.
R.I.P Bryan. I hope you are flippin' off Bills fans on the other side.
Jesus, my thoughts and prayers go out to those two as well. The old band is falling apart it seems.
Very sorry to hear this. Never talked to him. Saw his posts occasionally. Sorry to his friends and family.
I just read about that in the PoFo. I am devastated.
I know BB from back in the days on the Digest boards, Rivals, then DT, then here. All the way back to the 90s.
Back in the DT days I joined the NFL Picks page and we had our own pool. He is playing there with us for the last 15 years. He even made his Superbowl pick. :-(
Next year the group name will be changed in his honor.
It should also be a reminder that behind the screen names are real people with real lives and those end too often to early. So next time you throw a rant or throw cuzz words remember that behind that screen name might be a dam awesome person. I know Bryan was.
Maybe I can buy a few seconds on the new video boards next year to honor him properly.
RIP my friend.
My prayers go out to Bryan's family and to Wharf and Doc for their health.

Oh man I just read this and it made me so sad. I had a blast talking to him during this past March Madness and in the lounge. A big loss for all of us as he was hilarious.
Prayers and best wishes to his family. You'll be missed Bry.
He was a good guy who I mainly know through Lounge postings.
Man, that's rough to lose him at such a young age.
Coincidentally, a while back, one of my buddies named Bryan (same spelling) died overnight when he was 31.
Brutal for the whole family because it came out of nowhere and because he was so young.
Makes you re-evaluate what's really important.
Thoughts and prayers go out to his family.
That is awful news, just terrible to hear. Best wishes to all his family and friends during this difficult time.
Here is the info: http://www.brownscremationservice.com/notices/Bryan-BERG/send-flowers
Looks like he was cremated and there isn't an obituary. Well, I will amend that and say we have written a pretty good obituary through our posts here for him.
Haven't been able to log on much the past couple of weeks, so I missed this terrible news. He was one of my favorite posters. He was hilarious. I wish I had the opportunity to meet him at a game.
Best wishes to his family and to those of you who were lucky enough to know him personally.
Oh Jesus. I've known BigBry since the late 90's. Honestly I'm shocked. I need to process this a bit.
Didn't talk to him too much but guy was kind and funny! Accidentally posted in the lounge already but I send my condolences to his family. Rest in peace
terrible news...my condolences
R.I.P. Bigbry. I never had the chance to really get to know you my brother. You will be missed hopefully you will be the giant at the pearly gates waving us all in.
After thinking about this for a few days it still doesn't seem real. My condolences to his friends and family. He was a good guy and a positive influence of any forum he posted on.
Just so everyone knows we have two threads renamed in his honor. One is in the lounge where he was a real friend to all and valued poster.
The other is the old Depths thread that now bares his name. I understand he spent lots of time there in the early years.
The latter "Depths Of The Sea" Forum is now "bigbry's Locker" and still no holds barred in any of the threads so smack talk away down there boys.
He moderated there. He pretty much owned that place. It's quite fitting that it now carries a piece of him permanently.
Thanks to the staff here for honoring him so. He's getting a kick out of that somewhere.
Someone said that we shouldn't take anyone for granted. I feel that so intensely. Seth was kind enough to share his seats at a game in '14, so I got to meet him; I've met others as well over the years; most memorably, Darin (InFinsible) at the FH 2005 draft party at Shula's in Miami Lakes.
But although we always talked about getting together, now Bry never will join in. Nor will Dana (Jetssuck) and Juan (Phins17).
So when you get the chance to meet the good people in the community, don't pass it up. Nothing is promised.
