They were turned off for the weekend so the site wouldn't crash or slow down during the draft

lOL. personally I think the dislike is abused.
Like others have said, it was turned off to help stabilize the boards. It'll be back soon.
Underneath your badges there is an Icon where you can still approve or disapprove a post and give or take away WPA on a member.
Missing Buttons

You have to go into your user profile and go into the button sub menu and click enable thanks button
As FFIC and 703 have said the buttons will return once the sever load subsides due to the draft. For now use the WPA for user rep.
Well it's back now so stop ****ing complaining............
Thanks. I did not miss the signatures at all. I liked the forum better without them.
