When are we going to realize...

2 words: Peyton Manning..

But he is pretty good though.. An offensive coordinator like Tom Moore helps. At least it will never be like Tampa Bay for him again, all defense no offense.
 
Tom Moore doesn't do a damn thing.

Peyton pretty much calls the offense himself. That's an offense that, if you tried to copy it, it would never work because you don't have Peyton Manning at quarterback. He is to that offense what Dan Marino was to Gary Stevens's offense.
 
during the game, they mentioned that payton manning even runs practices...:roflmao:

its not small mystery what Peyton will do when he retires.... he'll most likely be OC for the Colts!

Maybe when he FINALLY gets to a Super Bowl...Gruden did what he couldn't do in Tampa...he took that team to the Bowl and won it...Dungy is a good coach, maybe even a top 5 coach, but until he wins the big one he will suffer in anonymity

WELL SAID!

Tony Dungy is not a great head coach...he is a good head coach. He is a guy that manages to fall into good positions talent wise. He could never get the Bucs over the hump.

The ONLY reason the Colts are good is because of Peyton Manning and Bill Polians ability to draft offense.
 
Dungy is a good coach, but he is by no means a great one.
