I was originally drafted by the Oakland Raiders in 1977 to play fullback, after being cut following the 1979 campaign I was picked up by the Dolphins in 1980 after Larry Csonka retired and then retired myself after the 1981 season. After many years of coaching, I took over as the Washington Redskins' interm head coach after Norv Turner was fired during the 2000 season and posted a 1-2 record before getting the ax after the season.....who am I?
