Without a New Cba in place before the Draft

I did a little research and found unless a new CBA is reached before the daft(Which I seriously doubt).We will not be able to trade up or down we will be stuck with what we have.Just thought I would give you this info.

Do you have a link to the info? Last I heard you could not trade players for picks, so if you wanted to move up or down it as just picks fo picks.

You can only trade picks.

There is no trading players only picks.

Yeah we could move say our 15th pick overall for a 25th pick and 53rd (if we trade down), but you cannot trade players for picks without a new CBA.
