WR- for late rounds???

I'm a little biased of course (I'm a student there), but I'd want to see if some of the Virginia Tech get any late round consideration. I'm mainly thinking of Josh Morgan and Justin Harper. I think that if they were on a team that (a) didn't have as many decent WR's they'd preform better, (b) on a team that didn't like to run first or (c) their QB's actually were better. Just want to know what everyone else thinks.

Bess is later rounds, but inot fond of him. he's small and does not have top tier speed. he's not that physical to be a guy to come across middle, and doesn't cause seperation overly well on corners. he'll struggle with aggressive match-ups and route running.
