WR Joe Morgan

The Dolphins were said to be interested in Walsh College WR Joe Morgan and had even called him during the draft. He should be a guy they have a top interest in signing as an UDFA. He is 6'1" 189 and ran a 4.36 in the 40 at Ohio States pro day. He originally was at the University of Illinois but transferred.
