I almost had a heat attack when Boston scored with like 43 seconds left in the game to tie it. :(

Thank God they won in the shootout. :mdfin:

Buffalo loses to NYR but still manage a point. They're just a bad team right now. Ryan Miller has looked average of late and i'm not sure of this but they maybe 0-6 since Hecht got hurt.

Yeah lol same thing here, I was getting ticked off, that was the worst officiated last 6 minutes I have ever seen. Before Van Ryn hit the puck over the glass, he took 2 2 hand slashes in a row, but he still got the only penalty. Then Nieuwendyk was in the corner trying to get the puck and this guys stick comes up, flailing everywhere, he didn't care at all where it ended up and it came up and hit Nieuwendyk right in the eye area and he was drippin blood everywhere, that should have been a 4 min penalty, but didn't get called at all. I was gonna flip if they didn't win that! Every game is a MUST WIN! They also set a franchise record for winning 9 of their last 10 games, they're HOT!

I don't know, it doesn't look to good for the Panthers playoff chances. It just makes me upset that they do the same thing as the Dolphins, suck at the beginning of the season, then toward the end they pick it up and win all these games and hope other teams will lose so they will get in, that's just not gonna work. I am pretty disappointed that they won't get in and at the same time pretty mad at them because it is quite evident that they have had the ability to win these games all along, but wait until now to do it. Anyways.... I'm looking at teams chances for the Cup, Detroit looks strong but I don't think they have the goaltending. Philly looks good along with Ottawa, it should be pretty interesting this year.

Am I the only one that thinks the shootouts are a bad idea for the playoffs? I mean all I can remember is staying up until 1 or 2 am while the playoff games would make their way into the 2nd, 3rd, or even 4th OT! It was amazing to watch those games. Just think, now the Stanley Cup could possibly come down to a shootout. It just doesn't feel right. What do you guys think?

Nothing at all, Nublar.

Oh alright, I didn't know that. thanks for the info! I'm pretty relivied after hearing that!

Sabres beat the Bruins tonite to end the losing streak. To look on the brightside they're 9-6 in the last 15. Tim Connolly is the most important player for the Sabres, they're a much better team with him.
