112 Attempts......2 Sacks allowed thats unbelievable

and both sacks happened at the same game so our Oline with TE and RB help has produced two shutouts

and they did it against some good DE´s Trevor Price, John Abraham, Mike Rucker and Julius Peppers

its just flat out cool to see what a good oline coach can do for ya...

damn 2 weeks till the buffalo game, i´m pumped

also, I know he doesn't have many INTs, maybe 3? And NO pick 6!

It is also saying that our coaches call plays that fit our team skills and making in game adjustments to counter the other teams game plans.

I think out coaching and playcalling has been great. Our oline looked good against a very very good caroline D-line and much improved from the jets game(shows good coaching and progresion) I think our o-line and chemistry should improve as the season goes on.

Thats awesome. Now if we could only complete 2 to 3 more passes a game we'd be Detroit bound!

i rather have to fix mental mistakes then errors because of lack of physical skills

Once the Oline improves in the run blocking area we should have a very solid offense. We've been running some traps and counters ive noticed. It may be a timing thing. Cant wait till we hit mid season form.

Gotta wonder how the center commits a false start penalty.:shakeno:

Exactly. Mental Mistakes can be corrected and fixed. Lack of physical talent or skill cannot. You either have it or you don't. If you don't, then you'll consistently struggle. Mental mistakes can be corrected and make the difference in a drive ending in a punt or a TD/FG.

He only has to flinch his wrist or move the ball a fraction for it to be called. Doesn't happen often though, as the refs usually are pretty forgiving to the center as he has to make defensive reads and call out blocking schemes. We just go busted. The rest of them are just plain inexcusable though.

Good call on that. That is AMAZING considering the talent on the OL. Looks like that $900,000 per year salary is looking like a bargain for Houck
