Miami has this seris in the bag but let me say a few things aboutlast night

1) Wade was again money in the clutch
2) the refs were horrible again, Posey takes a charge one play and is called for a blocking foul. Dallas was raping Wade all night and were allowed to do so but on the other end Haslem just touches Dirk and is called for a foul
3) Miami is going to win this thing!

Just to add to that, Imo The Heat have yet to play their best basketball this series. They have played well, but in the end it's all D-Wade.

The only thing better than Wade's continued rise to super-Greatness (Great Wade of course), is the true presentation of the Dallas owner, coach, players & fanbase. I give you big D (as in douchebags)

Great game last night. I tivo'd it because I didn't have time to watch it all and just went back to watch it. Wade came through in the clutch once again.

nick1 how can u say they didn't call any of the fouls on wade? didn't he have like 25 FT attemps an NBA record??

A few things to add as far as this "home cooking" that the Heat supposedly got.

13 free throws that Miami took were Intentional fouls. 3 more were on technicals. In contrast..the heat never fouled intentionally and were called for one technical.

So you have to lop off 15 free throws...so the edge was minimal...

Toine started out the game on fire and got sent tot he bench with foul trouble. Haslem fouled out. Posey was on the verge of fouling out. SHAQ was in serious foul trouble. Payton had the most fouls called on him all playoffs.

How many foul shots did Dirk take in some pivotal games throughout these playoffs? Then compare that to Wade....you will or won't be surprised when you see it.

The game was officiated by Bennet Salvatore and Joe Crawford....If you talk to any Heat fan..they absolutely dred those two guys....

Avery Johnson is a whiny Piece of crap. Leave that stuff to cuban Avery...grow up man..you are a head coach now.

Does anybody know if Culpepper or any of the other players were at the game lastnight? It's cool to see the players come out and support the Heat.

BTW...one more to add....

When Haslem "committed" his 4th foul on Dirk....he managed to get a cut above his right eye.

How did the cut get there?

Haslem fouled Dirk's elbow with his eye socket.

Get real Dallas....

I thought the last foul call on Wade was a joke. In a crucial game like that, and in that situation, unless there is solid contact, the ref needs to swallow the whistle on that play. Wade had no chance in hell of making that desperation shot.

That being said, Dallas had it's chances and blew it again. They blew crucial free throws all night long, and that timeout thing at the end was a debacle. It's rare, but the best team might not win the series. I still think Dallas has an excellent shot at winning the final two, it all depends on their mentality. The week of hell in Miami could have left them shellshocked.

:yeahthat: The foul really was a joke. He got tapped. I will give Wade credit. He is a smart player. If I knew weather I got tapped or tackled, it was a foul I would go to the rim as much as possible too. By the way, Howard shouldn't feel ashamed about the timeout, he should be ashamed of missing 2 easy fts 50 seconds before. Any Heat fan who think they have won this series is way ahead of themselves.

The call was weak... no doubt. It was clearly a foul on Harris... but I think in that situation, the foul has to be really hard to send a guy to the line.

But like you said... the Mavs choked it away missing big freethrows at the end of the game... plus the timeout.

The refs can get blamed... but the Mavs need to blame themselves. They should never have been in that situation to begin with...

Your objectivity speaks well for you. Totally agree. Mavs fans are hating the refs right now, but I have a feeling the Heat will be singing that tune after Game 6. That's the way it works. Wouldn't be surprised to see Shaq in early foul trouble, and I bet the Mavs will be able to get a little more physical with Wade. But if the Mavs have that "what bad thing is going to happen next" mentality, Miami has an excellent shot at putting them away.

Oh ya. I fully expect either(or both) Haslem and Posey to foul out guarding Dirk. The Mavs are going to get ALOT of calls in Dallas. I hope you all are ready for it.

This isnt over yet...
(However, our bet is looking pretty good for me right now... ;) )

Yes, I'm aware of that.:(

On a side note... Dirk has been pathetic this entire series. He hasnt even shown up. Terry has clearly been the best player on their team...

I dont know whether to criticize Dirk... or praise the hell out of Haslem and Posey. (although I think it is a combination of both)
