It'll be interesting to see what Riley does this off season.

yea especially with no draft to work with, im sure atleast one house hold name will be added to help guide us to a repeat

Dwyane Wade is expected to sign a 5-year/$80 million extension by the end of the month.

Thank god...

I don't like the idea of........

'Melo getting the same deal as LeBron & Wade. :nono:

I don't know about a houshold name...but Bobby Jackson would be nice....Chris Duhon would be better....

Don't be surprised by a Keyon Dooling sighting.

Bringing Dooling back would be nice. But I would also love to see Odom back as well.

The thread is no longer 'sticky'ed... :boohoo:

Isn't basketball season over now?
ya... but there are so many great memories in that thread... :cooldude:

Plus... it kind of turned into an unofficial offseason thread. I suggest for Section to rename it "The Road to Repeat" (or ReHeat) and leave it as the offseason thread... and keep it sticky-ed...

I read that we're thinking about bringing in an Eddie House-hold name.

Why not go after Ben Gordon, with a trade. He already said he wants out.

Yeah, but this is the offseason; we're still gonna post in here.......

Anyways, I doubt we see any "household" names joining the 2006-2007 Miami Heat. Looks like Bobby Jackson is headed to the Hornets, but guys I'd expect to see interest in would be Marcus Banks, Chucky Atkins, Tony Delk, Eddie House, & guys like that. PG is a clear interest for us right now.

We don't have what it takes to get Gordon, although it'd be great.

He wants out because he wants to play the 1, where I think he'd be below average. He's a shoot-first type of player. I think he stays in Chicago for at least another year though.

Thought you guys might get a kick out of this. :chuckle:

Feel free to post all you want. I didn't close the thread, I just unstickied it.
If it's going to stay active, you don't need it stickied anyway...... right?
