Ricky Williams Deal Is Now Done

This Still Can't Really Be Happening

Somebody pinch me since there's no way this could be happening; nothing like this ever happens to the 'Fins.

BUT IT'S REALLY HAPPENING!!!!!

If I weren't having to deal with a moronic roomate trying to sell the house I live in, I'd proabably throw a party!:eat:

Stat of the day. Ricky rushes for 5.0 yards a carry in the 4th quarter. So when the games in the bag he can pound it out till the end!

YYYYYYEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!

UN-F' IN BELIVEABLE!!!!
Is this fantastic or what?!?!?!? I am so feaking excited!!! Can you believe we really got this guy?!?!?!? What a ride the last couple of weeks. I wish I could come down there and have a big party with all fellow Phinfans! We could have a giant toast to the birth of our new running game!:drinkers:

A big high five and hug to everyone! Maybe even a kiss on the cheek!!!

Too bad about Olin, would have been great to have him blocking. But maybe we can use that money somewhere else!

Go Ricky! Go Ricky! Go Ricky! Go Ricky! Go Ricky! Go Ricky!

Unfortunately, as far as using the money that the 'Fins were offering for Kreutz on another high profile O-lineman it doesn't look like that's going to happen if Wanny is to be believed. During the RW press conference Wanny was asked about Kreutz and said that they just believed they had to go after a guy of his caliber. He said that they will continue to look at value and perhaps two O-lineman in the draft. If you want to hear it, check out the 'Fins official site and listen to the news conference, I'm not sure at what point during the 20 minutes he speaks about it but it's in there.

I AM SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO EXCITED BABY

SUPER BOWL HERE WE COME!!!!!!!

Does anyone know where i can get a whig of dreads???

I figure ill already get them in preparation for the superbowl party i will be throwing:drinkers: :band:  :p :D :) ;) :jumper: :goof:

It is funny how many people have become hypocrites!

Yep they sure do, you should of heard the Bills fans here in Bills country when Thurman became a Fin, after all that he did for that team he was just as bad as Ricky is today. All of a sudden he was one of the most hated former Bills players around.

I actually clicked on the thread title hoping that it meant the retirememnt paperwork was filed, and we could get past this "maybe he'll change his mind" mularkey. Oh well ...

That is why I clicked on it too. Yes I am saddened for our organization that he left, but what would have happened had he suffered a season/career ending injury?

Wow, Big guy, I take exception to that.

People were sold a bill of goods on this one.

We all thought Ricky wanted to be a football player.

Time has shown us that we were wrong, but not hypocritical.

I don't know why, but I have the feeling that our performance with RW's retirement will be better than it would have been under the injury scenario. I feel anger may give this team some much needed fire. I'd sacrifice some of the fire for talent, to be sure, but I think had RW simply been injured, the team would be more inclined to feel sorry for itself.

STRICTLY my opinion.
