I'am very happy with our 3 streak victory , but now it's sure, if we want cutler that would be in round 1 or never because he will not be here with our second round pick.

So does we must pick him in round 1 or does it's a reach ?

I think his stock will rise to the middle of the first round (right where we will mostlikely be picking) after Senior Bowl and workouts.

I somewhat agree with SkapePhin. I think if he does things well in the Senior Bowl and at the Combine that his stock will climb as it is right now and he could move into the middle-to-the end of the 1st round. However the same could be said if he doesn't do so well. He could move back towards the latter part of the 2nd round. I'm not much for predicting the future. I think a good pick would be Michael Huff. If we can get Cutler in the 2nd that would be great but we'll have to wait and see.

I agree with that he will be picked in the middle to late first round.

Omar Jacons stock is dropping(dont know why) would be a pretty nice pick in the 2nd..

Really depends on how he does in workouts and interviews. Likewise for any other QB prospect.

I think Cutler will go in the 1st round and I'm hoping he's there for us at 15 but he could be gone even before that as a few teams are gonna be looking at QB's.If he's gone then I hope Greenway's still there as I'd love to see him and Crowder and Roth and Manny and Vickerson and Poole and Daniels and Bell playing together for years. If Cutler's gone then I'd take a look at Pinnegar in the 2nd.

I may be the biggest fan of drafting a QB in the first on this board, But I'm not sold on Cutler yet (and I am an SEC fan who gets to see him play a few times a year). I don't think we should go with the hype and grab him with our first. Let some other team do that, let's take the best player available. I said somewhere else that there are a number of good lineman and linebackers, and I wouldn't be surprised to get one.

I still think we should draft a QB however, and a Drew Olson, or Omar Jacobs should be sitting there in the 2nd or 3rd. But we should concentrate our efforts on signing Kitna if that's the case.

i guess you dont have confidence that Frerotte is in a grove with Chris and th other recievers in this offense

I'd prefer someone with more touch than Cutler and a better arm than Pinnegar.

As far as where these guys go in the draft, I have increasingly no idea. Predicting opinions is an entirely different skill. Like last spring I thought Marion Barber was a 2nd round talent and wrote that here. Then he plummeted far lower than that so I thought I was wrong. Now it looks right and I'm back to being stumped at how the group opinions allowed him to slip so far.

I saw a mock draft with Jacobs going at the #18 pick of the first round...I think he will be available when we pick. He is big, athletic, nice speed, ok but not great arm...has to work on his mechanics a little...but he is from Florida.

Because he isn't ready for the NFL, and perhaps never will be. He'd be eaten alive in the pro's right now!!
