Haven't seen anything but has anyone been on the other AFC East team fan sites and seen what they are feeling and saying?

Miami got Culpepper and the Jets are likely to get Leinart. It's over, forget about, there is NO WAY we can be competative this year in our conference

Gar I hope he doesnt come back to his 2004 form. This guy can be an animal. He has better weapons in Miami than in Minnesota. I can see Randy McMichael and him being good friends.

I'd much rather have brees and his surgically re-paired shoulder then Culpepper playing for Miami. Culpepper has had one down season, playing without a running game, or randy moss. With the Likes of Ronnie Brown, Randy McMicael, Chris Chambers possibly ricky williams, and his ability to beat you with his arm and legs It could turn out to be a nightmare for us. Not the sharpest tool in the shed, but he's a great quaterback, and eons better then the schmoes we have.

They know we're gonna be bada**

Well, one of the doctors that I work with is a Jets fan and he cursed me out (jokingly) when I told him that we acquired Culpepper. :D

Here's a thread called "Okay, here we go.....How to defend against Culpepper "

We've had 4 years of Tom Brady discussions....and I now anticipate a few years of Culpepper discussions. I didn't like the guy when he was with Minny...I absolutely hate him now. But he is big, talented, can run and has a big arm. Defending him, if he comes back to 99% from his injury will be tough given Chris Chambers, Randy McMichael and some decent RB named Ronnie Brown on offense.

Given that we'll see him twice per year, do we modify any of our plans on defense....really need that big DT now, a stud LB like AJ Hawk to protect the outside, etc.?

gotta love this one...

The Phins are so desperate at QB that they're looking at 2 injured guys (Brees & Culpepper), with no guarantees that either will be 100% this year. That being said, If they get Culpepper for a mid 2nd round pick, that's an absolute heist. In 2004, even with Moss hurt a good part of the year, Culpepper was close behind Manning for best QB of that year. Definitely worth a 2nd round gamble. Pats with Brady and Belly, Phins with Culpepper and Saban. Can we transfer to the NFC east - please???

Thanks for the quotes. I'm reading some now and I can't help but laugh at the Bills fans as they prepare for another seriously down year. It sounds like they're already eliminated from playoff contention!

I'm not one to dish out smack talk, but hopefully now we won't have to deal with much from the Bills fans, and I'm not too afraid of the jets in their current condition right now. The Patsies have never been much for smack talk, not that they've needed to cause their team sure has gotten the results they've wanted most of the time.
