Collins's career QB rating is five points lower than Jay's, and he fumbles roughly three times as much. I think I'll pass.
 
Yikes...No thanks...I do believe he would be an upgrade of Fiedler, not sure about AJ yet but I dont want to give up anything for him
 
Funny thing about Collins is two seasons ago it appeared to have clicked in his head..........he actually became a formidable QB......he completed 61.5% of his passes, threw for 4,073 yards, 19 TD/14 INTS, had 61 passes of 20+ yards and an 85.4 QB rating. Then roll tape back to last year and you see that entire team falling apart, with Collins performances reflecting just that: 56.8% completion, 3,110 yards, 13 TD/ 16 INTS, and 29 passes of 20+yards

...........I don't know guys, personally I like Collins........he was a big joke to me the first couple of years he was in the league, tons of Penn St. dak-riders were all over him. But he showed me something the two years prior to last. I'm on record saying I'm all for him. He just needs a functional offensive line, as do most QB's, and he just didn't have one last season, nor did we.

I said the same thing in an earlier post and noone agreed. Where were you then? :rolleyes:
 
Collins for the min. $ thats it, then we cut JF.
 
I like Fiedler, but I wouldn't cry if our depth chart looked like this:

1. Feeley
2. Rosenfels
3. Storner (sp) or a 2nd day pick (ala Ben Harris, or Matt Schaub)

By the way, I will veto Collins
 
Why not take a look at Collins. He is better than Fieldler and he did take his team to the Super Bowl. And didn't he throw for over 3,000 yards? He can be a plus.

He threw for over 4,000 two seasons ago.
 
No way! We do not need him. He sucks! Lets give Feely a chance.
