Do Dolphin fans have their hearts broken more than most?

I think being a Red Sox fan is far more like being a Dolphins fan than being a Cardinals fan. I see the Cards being more like the Rangers.

The Red Sox are competitive most years. Trust me -- I know because I am a Red Sox fan. It is far more painful than being a Dolphins fan, but that's mainly because even this new Patriots crap is nothing compared to the evil that goes by the name New York Yankees...

I can tell you guys from experience that nothing is being worse than being a Red Sox and a Dolphins fan. The most depressing sports weekend of my life was "Game 7" vs the Yanks and then the Phins blowing it against New England. I will never get over Game 7 and I'm just now getting over 2002 Vs New England....but to answer the question Red Sox fans get the most heartbreak....something always goes wrong at the worst possible time.

Try being a Chicago Cubs fan. Man, Last September sucked! Damn those Marlins and Steve Bartman!

I think someone within the organization sold the soul of the Dolphins franchise to the devil for a undefeated season and SB victory. I challenge anyone to dispute that theory :) :)

It does suck to get let down, but it would suck worse to know you suck before the season even starts, like some teams.
Everything will click sometime.

I can understand how some of you feel, never seeing the team progress into the Post Season. Specially when I did see these Fins in the early 70's at their best and in the DM and Marks brothers' era...

But we are really looking at the world through Aqua and Orange glasses, some of us wearing our orange jerseys at the same time .

So what, when they make it there, most of us won't be really satisfied unless they bring home a trophy. IMO for most of us, just making it to the Post Season or making it to the SB and coming home a looser, won't be enough satisfaction. That's because most of us already have stated that we won't have a winning Post Season with DW...

Here' is another heartbreaker, how would most you feel, if your team made it to the Conference Championship game, three years straight and lose them 3 years in a row? Unless your an Eagles fan or a Bills fan (that watch those 4 SB loses), you really don't know. :shakeno:

I don't know, maybe I will continue to strike a debate on this issue, but isn't this what this forum is about, others opinions...

Im gonna have to say the fans that have there heart broken the most is the Boston Red Sox fans, in been like 80 years since they won the world series, and have lost a number of world series and AL championships since in game 7

I guess I should've clarified..I really meant NFL teams. I didn't mean all pro sports...oops.
