I think it's safe to say Judge is officially out of that Kate season/early playoff funk.

Just huge to get to Keuchel early. Or at all for that matter.
 
Well, Bird is finally back until he gets hurt again next week. Not sure if I like that we optioned Torreyes instead of Austin though. Austin has played well, but he's nowhere near as versatile as Torreyes coming off the bench and Torreyes has been playing pretty well himself.

I agree. Torreyes can utility anywhere on the infield except first. Swings a good bat, has a nonexistent strike zone, good speed, awareness ... I'da kept him too.

Was talking with pops the other day and didn't realize basically all these new prospects coming up were pieces in the Chapman and Miller trades and all are blossoming into stars. And Chapman was a lease. Wow.
 
Opposite of fun since the break. So ****ing sloppy and useless with guys on base. This team goes nowhere unless several areas improve all of a sudden.

Someone needs to take Gray outside and shoot him.
 
Let's hope for a memorable playoff series fellas. I couldn't find the other thread we had going so ill just bump this one. Anyone else watching tonight

Definitely watching. Yanks Sox tonight, Fla LSU tomorrow, Fins Bengals Sunday. Trying to decide if I should drink tonight because it will be needed tomorrow and I'm assuming Sunday. And I'm way too old to binge drink 3 days in a row so this is quite the first world problem.

I've halfway decided that if it's not looking good by the 5th I'm breaking out the bourbon.
