Adam Gase trying to curb further embarrassment

DAVIE —
NFL Rule 7, Section 1, Article 1: After the neutral zone has been established (ball is made or declared ready for play), an offensive player may not make a false start, a defensive player may not encroach (initiate contact with a member of the offensive team) or commit a neutral zone infraction, and no player of either team may be offside when the ball is put in play.

In so many words, don’t move until the party starts

Seems unnecessary. Pouncey is not on the team anymore

Heck ya...this is the edge they’ll need for their home games in the heat at 1PM early season.

It's a pity your bonus isn't based on penalties, bet it would get cleaned up in a hurry.
Ooooooh! I like this! I've always been in favor of anti bonuses. There should be a salary that is based upon these expectations. Play worse then them (not due to legit injury of course) then you lose money to a certain %. Play BETTER then you make MORE money. Easy way to make sure that everyone is succeeding. Post a scoreboard in the locker room so they can all know how they are doing vs. the expectation.

1st guy with penalty has to rochambeau 2nd guy to get a penalty so on and so forth. Problem solved.

There's an easier way. Draft players with slow reflexes. Half-second slow reacting to the snap. OK, I'm not serious. Pre-snap penalties need to be reduced, particularly the worst offender, but let's don't make eliminating penalties the priority

The SouthPark version or the Ultimate Frisbee version? lol...

My coach would make you run hills, then side to side drills on the hill, then 3 sets of 20 burpees 2 going up the hill, 1 coming down...we had our own version of hamburger hill...it was the pile where we all yacked after...but it did work!!

I went to three practices last week, only one did they run some gassers, 6 of them.

Somebody asked what they are doing to stop the penalties. I guess this is the answer
