I think he did hurt himself and he was pissed lol they wanted the fans closer to the action but never expected so much speed on the field. It'll likely be talked about

What's the deal with that? I've been noticing it's a problem since preseason. Reggie Bush won a lawsuit against the Rams because he hurt himself on something similar.

edit - video link https://www.miamidolphins.com/video/ryan-tannehill-launches-td-pass-to-kenny-stills

The injury with Bush happened here in STL, while the Rams were still here. That was because Bush was going out of bounds on a play and slipped on the concrete. The Rams for whatever reason did not extend the astroturf all the way to the stands. Bush sued them and won, if I remember correctly.

Definitely should be looked at.......are they closer this year than in previous years? Can't say I have noticed it before.

and that was dropping it in a bucket- not leading him on a full speed stretch- it coulda been even worse. this is the kind if stuff the nflpa should be involved in for good of players.

"Fix the Fence- Dammit!"

(new battle cry)

They added Field Seats and expanded those areas.
If you look at NFL stadiums you see a dashed line outside the playing field. Everybody and everything has to stay outside that area. What NFL stadiums do beyond that dashed line is up to them. In the endzone the dashed line is right where the Field Club seats are leaving no extra room. I do see some stadiums leaving some extra room beyond the dashed lines and some stadiums are beginning seating right there.

Didn’t help that he was pushed into it either..
I agree with that the field club seats are to close. But it was compared to Bush's slip. The white area around the field and the dark area are astro turf. Without the push he runs into the padded wall. The slip was not caused by the surface but by Stills trying to stop after being pushed.

What can you guys cry about next?
Fans wanted to be close. Team wanted the fans close. Coaches and FO wanted the fans to be close. Everybody wanted noise (hard to get in a half filled stadium).
If its an issue that can be and should be addressed, I am certain Mr. Ross is all ears.
You guys are like little girls sometimes!

We just went 3-0 and the complaining starts. I bet my next pay check had we lost, that end zone wall would not even be in the conversation.
And BTW. Its padded for this very reason.
Because someone with half a brain realized players would hit it on OCCASION.

Its ****ing football!

I'm glad Reggie won that. The turf at the Edward Jones dome (or whatever it was called at the time) was dreadful. And it did indeed basically end Reggie's career.

I dig those seats but it always makes me sad to see them empty. I typically get pretty decent seats when I go down for a game, but one time I priced those out. No thanks.
