Dolphins @ New England: Battle For The

Gase has to change something about the offensive preparation. The slow start strategy is going to get us down 21-0 in the first quarter. Need to jump on the Pats early.

Violent intentions before snap of ball to the Patriot's QB, on numbers 90, 91, 56, 97, 94...15 yards!!!!

Positive about 3-0? Yes. Positive about winning in New England where Miami hasn’t won in 10 years and where they have never beaten Brady as the starter? Yeah I’m not positive about that. Why don’t you quit running with the narrative that people having legit concerns going forward is somehow crapping on the team’s 3-0 start. You can both enjoy the start and be concerned with injuries or play calling or the slow starts etc.
This is a totally fair outlook.

This is the patriots we're talking about here... kind been dominating the NFL for years. 2 loss in a row? Then we play them at home?? Not great odds

It’s insane that not a single AFC east team has been able to sweep Brady once.

Fact is, we haven't beaten anyone yet. The Jets are putrid, the Raiders are winless and the Titans are just mediocre. Beat a team like the Patriots on the road and people will sit up and pay attention.

Except that the Titans would be one of four 3-0 teams, except for the Dolphins.

Except that the Jets annihilated the team that beat New England last night.

I absolutely, positively guarantee you that if the Fins go to New England and win, the narrative will not be that the Fins are good. It will be an entire week of "What's wrong with the Patriots?"

I'll be honest. I might give you a different prediction if the circumstance is reputation as an anonymous poster on a fan website and wagering, say, my house on the outcome. Any road division game is tough...especially NE.

However, it looks like our strengths - team speed, especially at RB and TE, a shut down corner, pass rush and depth on the Dline match up well against NE. We should have a decent shot of getting out of NE with the win. I'm looking forward to seeing how the team responds. I expect that Gase will call a tight game to try to keep it close and steal it in the 4th (thats his MO, on the road especially). Would love to see us generate a better push on the oline to get the running game going. Would love to see Jones back. Would double up on Gronk A LOT like Patricia did last night.

Tom Brady has never had to face the adversity of losing. I cannot wait to see that freak show when it happens. He loses his mind after one loss, let alone 8. Can you imagine?

Josh McDaniels and Brady were freaking out on the sideline in their first loss this year vs the Jags.

I love his little sphincter pucker lips.

If Miami beats New England this week....the media will officially say New England is done and no longer a good team lmao

The fact is the Patriots are not the same Patriot team of years past, this team is vulnerable right now and despite the fact that they should be a slight betting favorite, it should come to no surprise if this Dolphins team comes away with a victory Sunday. The Dolphins look much younger, faster and hungrier than the Patriots and that will be the difference in this game, the torch will be passed, as in torching the Patriots secondary.

Look at all the speed Miami has at it's disposal...Stills, Grant, Wilson, Drake and Ballage. Don't forget about Gesicki as well, maybe his coming out party will be this week against the Patriots, that would be nice.
