Do You Guys Get Why This Team Needs Tannehill Now?

Tannehill on the market would be similar to when Brock was on the market. Someone needing a BACK-UP would be calling him.
 
I don’t see why the team needs tannehill. They’ve never needed him.

QBs that I would take over Tannehill right now: Brady, Darnold, Roethlisberger, Mayfield, Luck, Watson, Mahomes, Rivers, Carr, Wentz, Smith, Prescott, Rodgers, Cousins, Trubisky, Ryan, Brees, Newton, Wilson, Garrapolo, Rosen, Goff. I would be torn between Tannehill and: Marriota, Allen, Flacco, Dalton, Stafford. 22 definite for me. 27 maybe

The shorter list is current starting QBs that I wouldn’t take over Tammehill. Only ones that I can think of is Bortles and possibly Winston.
 
Yeah we need RT Because we should be trying to lose as many games from here on out.

I'm not 100% sure of that. QBs like Flacco might be better but are expensive as well. So QB's I wouldn't take: Bortles, Winston, Derek Anderson (right now for Buffalo). Questionable: Flacco, Dalton, Keenam, Eli, Stafford. Some of them only because of contract. Straight up talent to play one year on a boom or bust team, I would probably take all of the questionable ones over Tannehill

Agree, but we are in better shape than prior. We actually have some Linemen on both sides, plus some elite DBs. So at least we have some good young talent to build around.

We need LB, another young RB and WR, but most of all we need to find that guy at QB who defines the team and leads it. Tannehill’s salary is a lot of money off the books next year. Until we get the QB who is the face of the team and is a star, we will struggle like this every year. Miami was a QB team for years, and then Wannestache came in here and tried to make us a game management running team - for some reason we have never gone big for QB, and the only time we did, we picked the wrong guy in Culpepper.

We simply have to find a QB with elite potential and get him here. Hell, I’d venture to guess that Jameis could be available, and his coach is terrible. Give him a guy like Gase, and he could turn himself around and our team in the process.

I'd take Mayfield, Darnold, Allen or Rosen over Tanne in a heartbeat. At least there's some hope that they might turn into a good qb.
 
what about that play where we drew a Dlinemen off sides and had a free play so Brock checks it down for a 1 yard loss.

You have to give Ryan some time though. Unlimited ceiling, incredible potential and it's been only 5 years of playing time. Plus this year he was still a little rusty from the injury last year so you have to give a couple years right there.
 
What we need is a witch doctor and a live chicken.
