I’ve seen enough Brock and I hope RT can play this weekend
There’s a lot of people on this site that truly believe that Oline play doesn’t matter. What was so eye opening about last night was counting how many times the commentators credited the offensive line for opening up holes and blocking.
But offensive lines don’t matter and play very little into a QBs play and overall offensive effectiveness.
Oh please. Those two QBs show the ability the play the position Tannehill has never even been close to in over 5 years. This has nothing to do with "Tannehill hate". That is reality. That is a ridiculous statement.
Never ceases to amaze me how much Tannehill hate there is, and how badly it manipulates what is actually happening on the field.

Those two teams also have more talent to over come adversity.I also saw plenty of sacks and strip sacks and yet neither QB folded like a lawn chair

That is what you took away from that? LOL. Not the attacking downfield, moving around to escape, stupid arm talent? What was so eye opening about last night was counting how many times the commentators credited the offensive line for opening up holes and blocking.

So in that case we can't blame Osweiler for our offensive mishaps?I wasn't aware football was a individual sport....
My bad.
The OLs played good yesterday but to say they were the reason like @Krateness is implying is utterly ridiculous. I haven't seen that much improvised play by QBs in one game in a long time. Those were two guys who elevated talent around them.I also saw plenty of sacks and strip sacks and yet neither QB folded like a lawn chair
I saw some good quarterback play, I Saw an interception, I saw some underthrown balls, I saw some decent ball placement, I saw some decent escapability with strip sack’s attached to them. I saw two really good teams out there not just a quarterback. That is what you took away from that? LOL. Not the attacking downfield, moving around to escape, stupid arm talent?
You must have missed Aaron Donald's domination as you were attempting to explain away top notch QB play with "o line" in some weird lame attempt to run cover for a QB who wasnt even playing in the game.. Thats kind of weird man, just enjoy the show, you don't need to grasp at straws to go post on a message board to attempt to cover for an average 7 year vet..

I agree with you that you need good players in other positions but the importance of the QB is shown when you take just one player out: WR, RB, OL, QB which one would have the greater impact? As a matter of fact you can make the argument that you could replace one WR, one OL player and one RB it would still have a lesser impact than just losing the QB.Reasonable people can disagree over % (is the QB 50% of the O, 33%, 67%), but neither side can say it's ALL the QB or the QB has no affect. There is overwhelming evidence the QB is the most important position, but, there is overwhelming evidence OL, skill positions, HC, OC affect performance. Either side denying those facts is exposing their agenda or lack of football knowledge.
Yesterday was the first time I've seen Mahomes. Looks like an elite QB in the making. Goff? Not so much. No, I'm not saying he was average, but no elite QB in the making.
Back to topic, Tannehill is throwing without pain. IMO, he's much better than Os. To me, Gase's play-calling is either the biggest factor or 2nd biggest factor in the abysmal O production. We can argue over 1st or second, but Tannehill's arm isn't going to make a 20 point difference.
