The funny thing about this season, was how quiet Ross was since the draft ended. All that was reported, about him wanting to trade down, was all we heard about Ross, UNTIL NOW!!! I think he's finally realized the people he has in charge are and were banking on an unsuccessful vision. I expect Grier to be the only survivor. His 2016 and 2018 drafts have been hits, with Fitzpatrick, Tunsil, Howard, Baker and others. 2017 he got lucky with Taylor and Godchaux, but God lord missed on 2 of the 1st 3 picks.
 
If we win the last two games, I don't see that happening. Truth is we would end with a 9-7 record when we don't really have 9-7 talent. Sure, it'd be an illusionary 9-7 where we won almost all of the close games and lost blowouts.
 
The Ravens have just announced that not only are they retaining John Harbaugh but they will also be looking to extend his contract in the offseason. That, along with Jim's powerful assertion that he is going nowhere in Michigan, means that neither one of my preferred head coaching candidates will be available next year.
