I just got a Merry Chrithmith text from Chief and he wanted me to tell you specifically that this ain’t it
People who read up on things like this are the ones dependably suckered by fake news. Yes, I'll believe the woman. I believed the woman a couple of months ago and I'd love to wager on who was telling the truth there. Naturally there are outliers. Who cares? People who persist in spotlighting the outlier example have the real world truth fly comfortably above their head. The recent push to make powerful white males the true victims of society is just the latest nutcase theme in an era flooded with them. I'd love to come back in a hundred years or so just to see how this era is viewed by historians, or by anyone with a fleck of applied common sense.

A lot of people score high on tests that don’t deliver in their profession come on man. Some people don’t go to school and win big at life. Where you going with Peyton Manning comparison?

Jameis is clearly high risk (but also potentially high reward). I may be wrong but after the public embarrassment of the Jonathan Martin bullying investigation and the Offensive Line Coach snorting coke on the phone to his Vegas hooker/girlfriend (in between his meetings), etc - I think that Stephen Ross decreed that he wanted higher character people throughout his football operation.
For the past 7 years, with Ryan Tannehill as our QB, the one thing that we could count on was that our QB would not get into any off the field controversy. Hell, Ryan wouldn't even fart if the media were sniffing around.
To transition from the squeakiest of clean-cut QBs to the naughtiest with a long track record of poor judgement, would be a very big step. The question is whether the Dolphins organization is so desperate for more wins that it is prepared to make that leap.
I doubt it.

Put the fact that he's a rapist to the side for a minute and examine everything else.
He's a head case. He's had numerous incidents and hasn't learned anything at all from them. He hasn't matured much at all since high school, and someone like that isn't needed in this locker room. Add to that his decision making between the lines and generally inconsistent play, now you've got a toxic mix that you shouldn't want within a mile of this locker room, unless he's the opposing QB.
Now mix back in the fact that he's a rapist. He's a terrible human. I don't want terrible humans on my favorite pro football team. I just had to go through a stint with a terrible human coaching my alma mater and favorite college team. I'm watching in real time as a terrible human runs our country into the ground. I've had my fill of terrible human beings running things I love into the ground. I don't need a terrible human QB running my favorite pro team into the ground. That's what terrible human beings do; they destroy.
