The Look on Ross' face at the end if the Jaguar game, said it all IMHO. Ross got over ruled and now he's letting every one know how he feels. Don't let the door hit you in the azz on your way out.

Only a good start.
At the end of the day for Gase it was determined that he didnt make enough adjustments during the season. Also how he handled the losses this year rubbed Ross the wrong way

I highly doubt that he gets a HC offer. He showed that he is inept at leading. I hope he does though. I hope the Jets or Browns hire him; especially the Brown. Gase and Baler will not get along and Baker will be cut.
