Xavien Howard Wants To Be League’s Highest Paid Cb

Richard Sherman didn't miss a game his first 6 years, Patrick Peterson has never missed a game, Jalen Ramsey has never missed a game, Xavier Rhodes has missed 6 games in his career.

Sorry dude your good but you DONT deserve to be paid like the top corner in the league, at least not right now. Would be the most Dolphins thing ever to pay him like the top corner, or to let him go. Smart thing would be to trade him for a first and another pick.

Grier will decide.

Deion Sanders? 49ers and cowboys
Howard is no way near close to Prime time's level. Hell no. Not even close to Revis. Besides, Cowboys had Larry Allen, Emmit Smith and Michael Irvin. Niners had Steve Young and Jerry Rice.
Who do we have?

So Xavien Howard wants to be the highest paid CB in the game. What top echelon CB doesn't? The Raiders traded Khalil Mack rather than pay him. The Lions let Ndamakong Suh walk rather than pay him. The game is full of teams who let great defensive players go … but I'm running low on examples of who those teams were better off without those players. WE may not have gotten value from Suh, but his loss to Detroit was devastating.

This is one of those situations I was mentioning in another thread. This is where we need a GOOD negotiator, and a situation where I'm quite glad we don't have Tannenbaum running point.

he got burned regularly last year and quite a few times this year, before missing half the season. under no circumstances pay him.

Certainly wasn't implying that Howard was on the same level as Sanders or Revis. I was responding to the post that said top notch CB's don't win you SB's. Yep Cowboys and 49ers had all those great players but it's not a coincidence that Sanders won 2 SB's in a row after joining each team.
