Would You Trade A 1st For Josh Rosen?

Tannehill and Osweiler would have zero value in this scenario since the cards would be drafting Murray.

As for the question itself, no. I'd be pissed if we gave up a 1st for Rosen. I didn't want him last year, and while I didn't watch any cards games this year his results and stats look dreadful. Hard to imagine he becomes a good QB.

Veteran quarterbacks have value, but in this case I think Tannehill's value would be as a bridge starter. I think if KK drafts Kyler Murray #1 overall... he's starting him day one.

They could be his backup vet presence.
 
Some here were saying he was the same type of QB as Tannehill... I mean they should've bet on it... Here's a comparison of their first season... Hard pass!

I wasn't even a fan of Rosen before last year, so probably not. I'd consider trading our first for their second and Rosen purley for potential purposes I guess.
 
A 3rd and Tannehill. You pick up a guy that has two years to prove himself and rid yourself of at least a portion of a hefty contract
 
I would be ecstatic if they got Rosen for a third or maybe a late second. I wouldn’t want him traded for a first. Look at Goff, he had an Any/a under 3 his first year.
 
55.2% completion percentage. 11 TD, 14 INT. 2,278 yards in his rookie season....for a bad team.

But in college.... 62.6% completions. 26 TD, 10 INT. 3756 yards in junior season.

Ehhhh. I would trade a 2nd, that's about it.
