That’s all the Washington kid plays is zone.
Yea and he's a naturally instinctive at it, with legit athleticism.

First time I saw him, I thought his movement reminded me of Demarcus Ware. I'm not a fan his pass rush skills, he has to blow up the combine for me to say top 10.
You think he has elite left tackle feet? I think he has good feet I don’t know that he has elite tackle feet. I think his technique is cleaner than his feet and his strength but that probably reads like I’m down on the kid and I’m not. I just think left tackle or guard he’s a tick below top shelf. So for my money top 5 in most classes would be rich. But we are splitting hairs here I think.
What’s your top 5 bpas currently look like?

Yeah I know but I’d like to see more carry coverage in the hip etc.
I'd like a D tackle that can collapse the pocket and rush up the middle. If you could find a Fletcher Cox type of talent, that's hard to find.
Yeah his iso win vs tackles makes me a little nervous but I think it’s a risk you have to take. J off says he does a good job of slapping tackles hands away I didn’t see that on the two tapes I looked at Joey bosa is the best edge I’ve seen recently in hand use regard but regardless that type of talent you have to take a chance on.
Any scheme ask that allows him to avoid iso one on one win vs tackles I think he eats the most on the qb but with that first step and those movement skills he’s got a lot going for him.
Evidently he accepted a senior bowl invite so might see a top 5 pick in mobile this coming week.
I think the Bosa's hand usage is the cleanest I've seen but the ceiling is always limited them because of athleticism. Joey can't beat Tackles with speed, power, quickness and flexibility the way a J.J Watt can, plus with Joey his size and arm length is a big part of his game, I pretty sure Nick won't measure the same
He looks 6'3 if Chase Young is 6'5
The Bosa’s are talented... but not durable... those of us old enough remember Don Shula drafting John Bosa...the father from Boston College in the first round... very talented... not durable...career over very early.
Joey has had one complete season in 3.
Nick goes down in his senior season starting 3 games.
No... sorry... talented but not durable!
During the bowl season last year the younger bosa was the best looking prospect I saw the entire time. I won’t ever forget that. For me he’s the bpa in the class I think he’d have been a top 5 pick had he come out in 18.
The bosas talk like muppets characters but they ball like monsters
Durability is a legit concern with the Bosa's, everyone in their family has been injury prone plus they understand this so they won't play a snap until the money is right and they're a 100 percent healthy. Having an acl tear in high school will definitely scare some teams, plus why did the coaches play him in rotation if he's a rare talent and in his 1st year of major playing time he got injured.
