With a decent new QB and three or four new o-linemen (Draft and Free Agency), Grant and Wilson returning from injury, and a legitimate OC/playcaller not named Gase this offense could easily score 10-14 more points per game. Add a competent DL, LB, and CB and a "real" DC with an effective defensive scheme who will play the young talented guys in their proper positions and you're looking at a possible playoff-caliber team in one off-season.
I'd like to see a play maker at QB. Kyler Murray is the man.

Well, I don't mean that with a few tweaks Miami would be a Super Bowl contender. I'm suggesting that with a better o-line and QB, and a few additions to the defense this team would have enough talent to make the post-season and maybe even win a playoff game. However, that is reliant upon the team hiring a competent OC and DC, as coaching is VERY important. there is no way that Miami would ever be a contender with Gase and Burke running the offense and defense. Dan Henning would be a major improvement over Gase!
